LOGIN PROBLEMS
  
You may have been redirected to this page due to one of the following reasons:
  
  • You have entered an incorrect login username and/or password combination
  • Your membership has expired
  • You are experiencing login problems
  
Listed below are some solutions to assist you:
  
  • If you are a MGIA member in good standing and your membership is current then please go back to the Members Only Login page and re-enter your correct username and password combination.
  
  • If you filled out the security question listed under the "Edit Your Profile," link on the MGIA Members Only website then you may click on the "Forgot my Password" link to retreive your password. If you have not filled in your security question then you must contact a MGIA manager for your password.
  
  • If you have entered your correct username and password then your membership has expired. You must go to the Membership page to renew your membership dues. Once your dues are received your membership with be reactivated.
  
  • If you have not been issued a username and password please contact a MGIA Manager for assistance.
  
  • If you continue to experience technical difficulty please contact a MGIA manager.
  
  • If you continue to attempt to log in using an incorrect username and/or password, for security purposes, you will be locked out of the web site. If you are blacklisted from the Members Only website you must contact a MGIA manager to be granted access.
